This reminds me of the battles that the cable companies have. We had one in the UK with Virgin Media (cable) and Sky (satellite) for their Sky One channels which often have first run US TV shows. It got yanked from Virgin, and also the next day an advert in the paper tried to get Virgin customers to switch to Sky. Classy.
