If you thought the world couldn’t get more Apple-obsessed, think again. In celebration of Fashion’s Night Out, Saks 5th Avenue and Stylelist.com have teamed up to put together an impressive storefront display comprised of 64 iPad 2s and eighteen 27-inch Cinema Displays, all designed by Gin Lane Media.
The displays are set to feature images from Stylelist, streaming content, as well as tweets and user-submitted photos from around the web hashtagged with #StylelistatSaks.
“The iPads are running a native iPad application specifically built for the installation. Using a local network, which we setup, we are able to get all the iPads to talk to each other as well as perfect the timing to produce elegant fades and control what device should display what.”
