As we wait patiently for Verizon to announce an official date for the Galaxy Nexus, it looks like retailers already have them in stock.
Today we saw reports on Android Central’s forums and elsewhere that at least one person was able to pick up a Galaxy Nexus at a Verizon store. Another was able to get it at Best Buy.
The cost? $299.99 with contract. If the phones are already sitting in storerooms, you can bet we’re going to get a launch announcement from Verizon very, very soon.
The latest rumors peg the release date at December 15.
