Apple may be redesigning the standard white earbuds that come with iPhones, according to a leaked video.

But according to a report on MacRumors, the video’s narrator compared the alleged new units to the current version. Here’s a translation of what the video reportedly said:
“These [headphones] are manufactured at Phax Co factory in Vietnam. They have the appearance of a horse’s head, not like earbuds. When they are worn, they have a much smaller profile. They have the appearance of a fully integrated, single unit—there’s no part that looks like it would come apart—not like [the current] earbuds.”
The notion of a revamp is appealing to anyone who, like us, dislikes Apple’s standard white earbuds.
The ubiquitous in-ear headphones have poor sound quality, easily break, and leak noise: When you crank them all up, everyone knows what’s on your playlist.
